Important Play Rules

For the safety of all children and to protect the equipment:

  • Shoes must be removed before entering.

  • No food, drinks, candy, or gum are allowed.

  • No sharp objects are permitted.

  • No pets are allowed inside the play area.

  • Adult supervision is required at all times.

  • All equipment, toys, and balls must remain inside the designated play area.

  • Children should be grouped with others of a similar age and size.

Prohibited Products and Activities

The following are not permitted on or near the equipment:

  • Silly string

  • Face paint

  • Slime

  • Glitter

  • Temporary tattoos

  • Messy arts and crafts

  • Gender-reveal smoke or powder

  • Confetti

  • Similar staining, sticky, or difficult-to-clean materials

A $150 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file if prohibited substances or excessive mess are found at pickup.

Ball-Pit Return Policy

All balls must be returned to the ball pit before pickup. If the balls are left scattered outside the ball pit or throughout the event area, a $100 cleanup fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
